Default Genetics

Guys , is there a clear line between HEREDITARY and CONGENITAL ? because I say , even hereditary stuffs are born with ( which means they are congenital ) . Now if I say , all hereditary diseases are congenital , but not all congenital stuff are hereditary , am I right ?
please let me know this !!

Congenital: manifest or are present at birth (doesn't need to be symptoms right away), could be hereditary or by external factors (drugs, alcohol, vits deficiency)

Hereditary: transmitted from parents to children, it could be manifested at any age or at birth, and of course you born with it.

What do you guys think is the best for genetics? i watched kaplan videos, now i'm reading goljan's rapid revew. do you think these materials +Uworld will be enough?
