Default Train of four stimulation

Guys what is train of four stimulation? I saw a question today in uworld but i didnt get the explanation at all... I searched it from wiki but still didnt get it. What is that? It is the first time ıve ever heard of it. İf they put it in their qbank usmle should have definitely asked this concept before

It's mentioned in first aid CNS chapter.. Under skeletal muscle relaxants.
It's used to differentiate between depolarizing and nondepolarising blockers. Check it out.
