how does nbme exam works?
Is it an online exam for which you pay? or can you buy it, do it offline, submit your score and get your result in few days? how does it work? plus how to pay money if one doesn't have a credit card or an IMG.

Thank you

If you don't have a credit card you can pay by money order.
To make a money order, choose pay by money order when you purchase from the official website (link provided to you by hope2pass above).
Then go to a bank in your country.
Ask them to make the money order in US Dollars.
Make the money order payable to "NBME" and mention their address.
Instructions about the mailing address for the money order will be provided to you by the NBME.
