Charcot-Bouchard aneurysms occur in SMALL blood vessels of the brain whereas casual berry aneurysms (or saccular aneurysms) occur in LARGE blood vessels.
C-BA often appear in the basal ganglia small vessels (lenticulostriate region).

saccular anuerysm : site, bifurcation in circle of willis
large size
leads to hemorrhagic stroke/subarachnoid heamorrhage
charcot bouchard anuerysm: site, basal ganglia thalamus
micro aneurysm
