Planning Study plan, 4 Months to go!

Hi everyone,
This has been a very useful forum and since I've found it it feels as though I have classmates and that I'm not alone on this journey! So Here I am posting my study plan, hoping some of you who are starting will find it useful and to those who are done with the exam will comment on how to improve it.
I'm an IMG, 2 years since grad.
I've started my prep around four months ago, on and off, my study material has been:
1) FA 2010 (done reading twice, read slowly and carefully and understood pretty much everything, except parts of Respiratory Phys graphs p 505).
2) Kaplan Notes (done with all of Biochem, found it most useful, and parts of the rest of the book).
3) Costanzo Physiology (read it all, good aid)
4) Goljan Audio
5) Goljan Path RR (once)
6) HY Neuroanatom (parts of it)
7) Kaplan Videos (about 50%)..didn't finish downloading all of it.

I think I've been wondering in my study until I sat down and made a study schedule, now I feel I'm more organized with my time 'cause I'm trying to stick to it. FA is my primary book, I've been annotating on it since the start..not too much though, leaving room for what will go on it from QBanks.

This is my study plan:
Wake up 7.15 am, walk my dog for 20 mins, take a shower.. and study basically all day; short breaks in between, a little longer for lunch and dinner,,so I'd say 11-12 hours a day.

Weeks 1 & 2: Behav Science,
Week 3: Start Kaplan Qbank. Do Anatomy, Phys, Biochem, Molec Bio. 5 blocks/day; combo of all 3
Week 4 & 5: Micro & Immuno... quick review and 3 blocks/ week.
Week 6-8: Pathology. Review and 3 blocks/week.
Week 9-10: Pharmaco.

By this time I'd be done with Kaplan Qbank.. ok, so I am on my third week now (falling a little behind schedule), been doing 30 q's/day to get warmed up and I've been scoring 55%...I've been having 4 q's unreached most of the time; I guess I start reading too quickly so that I end up reading the question twice and that slows me down...(comments on how to better approach question solving?). So I was thinking of using KQbank to consolidate all of what I've been reading since I started my prep, that is why I'm doing it subject wise. (comments?).

Week 11-14: Start UW (random, timed, unused, 46 q's/day) all along annotating on FA.
Week 15 - 18: Continue wrong and unanswered Q's.
During week 18 and 19 I'm thinking of taking a couple of NBME (can't afford more than that).
and leave the final week to review FA only, and everything added onto it! (would this be enough to go through the whole book once again?)

Ok, so this is it. What would you guys recommend to improve this schedule? Since I started my prep I feel that as I go along I forget things I read in the beggining so hopefully these qbanks will get me back on track. I think this exam is doable. I am very encouraged by your posts and by the people who have finished the exam.

QUESTION----- I paid KaplanQBank for 2 month but I don't know whether I should do only one month and switch to UW(and maybe get a 3 month subscription of UW, since it sounds it's the most like the test). In my case, how would I get the best use of UW?
Thank you, hope to hear from you all.
Let's give each other a helpful hand.
(if I remember anything else important to this thread I will post up later).
