Computer how is actual USMLE exam SOFWARE?

Guys how is the usmle exam software...

I am using UW AND IT provides marking out answers choices, highlighting , flagging...
does actual usmle exam software allow these?

1. Can we strike out/mark out the Wrong ANSWER choices like we can do in UW?

2. IS HIGHLIGHTING possible?

3. Can we FLAG mark a question?

Yup, the interface is exactly the same with UW. You can do all of those functions.

The most accurate replication of the Fred V2 Software of the actual exam is available from the official USMLE Website, for more information read here
