Question Ethics NBME 15 Question

Hi guys, please help me out on this, im going crazy with this question.
please someone that has answered right let me know which option was the correct one. thanks

The question about the 39 year old woman that had a 25 year history of multiple symptoms which included headaches, pain in back, arms, neck, legs, nausea, GI symptoms, sexual symptoms, genitourinary symptoms + excessive menstrual bleeding.
she said that she has seen multiple physicians since teenager, but not anormalities where found.
which of the following is the most appropiate statement by the physician?

A- id like to asess the symptom that causes you most distress and schedule monthly follow-up appointments
B- id like to do a diagnostic workup for porphyria
C- im sorry, i think you are malingering and most likely seeking drugs
D- tell me about any emotional trauma you may have experienced during childhoood. (WRONG)
E- your symptoms could be caused by stress, i would like you to undergo a psychiatric examination

FOLLOW-UP
A schedule of regular, brief follow-up office visits with the physician is an important aspect of treatment. This maintains the therapeutic alliance with the physician, provides a climate of openness and willingness to help,25 allows the patient an outlet for worry about illness and the opportunity to be reassured repeatedly that the symptoms are not signs of a physical disorder, and allows the physician to confront problems or issues proactively. Scheduled visits may also prevent frequent and unnecessary between-visit contacts and reduce excessive health care use.
