I think Kaplan LN/Videos are very important to do as the very first thing (alone), in order to establish a base of solid knowledge (or at least been exposed to all the material). They are not meant to be read and memorized. I have just started with Kaplan anatomy (book 1 of 7) and it is taking forever, been 2 weeks already still not done that book yet. They take a long time but its worth it. After you have a solid base then using FA and with a question bank is the next step. This helps you focus on specific exam questions (narrowing that huge amount of information from kaplan LN), this is to help you with memorization and recall. Once you are done Kaplan LN, you should not been doing them again, you should move away from them and only come back to specific concepts that you are not understanding from FA and question bank

Hope this helps, its what I am doing.

All the best.
