Eye Abnormal Eye Movement; Where is the lesion?

when a pateint is made to look to the right, his right eye moves appropriately but the left eye does not cross the midline. when asked to look up both eyes move upwards normally. where is the lesion?
1. occulomotor
2. Abducen
3. vertical gaze centre
4. medial longitudnal fasciculus
5. vestibular nerve

Definitely MLF, like a classic MS patient. One eye moves to right and other one is still starring at u.
