From what I've seen, Random Timed Mode is good... also people do about 2 blocks a day, then go back and review each and every question (even if they got it right), this should take you the whole day (8 hrs or so)

I was planning on doing self paced subject wise in tutor mode first and then going over it again in random timed test mode. I haven't done any other question banks. Do you think thats a good idea? I think that will solidify the knowledge since i can read FA along with it.

I guess you can do that aswell; but normally people finish FA before the get on to UW simply because UW is something you want to use as a learning tool, just like FA.

Lets see what harlesmd or some of the more experienced guys say..

Hello Hope2Pass... I think you should do it timed and random being that we have very little time before our test. It really gets you into the mindset of switching between 1 subject and another and the time helps you speed up your reading. I started with about 5 minutes left over and now with practice I finish some blocks in 40 minutes. I think that's good because then you have time to look over the marked ones!

You should do UW after you're done with your first read of FA.

well, they say UW is a learning tool and not to analyze ur prep.. but still it shud be used more as a revising tool, so do it only after u finish ur prepn..
