Kidney The Effect of Efferent Arteriole Dilation on GFR?

Hi,

If you dilate the efferent renal arteriole does this worsen GFR? and what effect does it have on renal blood flow is it increased ?

Efferent arteriolar dilatation decreases GFR because you decrease the glomerular capillary pressure and increases Renal plasma flow as you decrease the resistance of the renal system
