Isn't this just Seal Limbs caused by giving an anti-hypertensive during pregnancy?

If you listen this Her father is mentioning that she has quate kidney (renal defects), complete fusion of lower limbs, Anal defects & other.

Now you can review these all from HY Embryo 4th Ed Ch: 4 Pg no: 20. (There is pic too)

Just came across this in UWorld and realized it's also mentioned in Fa 2011 on page 120; this defect is a caudal regression syndrome (anal atresia to sirenomelia) and it's associated with maternal diabetes. Who knew!
