Do not use it to assess yourself . Use it as a learning tool. Uworld scores tend to decrease when you progress. I started with 85 and My cumulative decreased to 78 at the end. Dont worry . the exam is much more harder than uworld so ıt ıs not a good assesment tool. Try to learn every concept uworld explains.

well, i dont agree with above.. it is step 2 which is harder than UW, step 1 is easier than uw, or just like UW.. but yes, you need to take it as a learning tool, take notes,.. understand them, learn them well,.. the same concept will be repeated in the next couple of blocks.. read, right as well as wrong answer explanations... just doing UW blocks without making notes or not learning from it is of no use.. the UW graph will dance up and down , till the very end, sometimes in late 80's, sometimes in early 50's... so that's ok..

Most of recent exam takers especially after nbme changed their queston pool this may said in this forum that the exam felt amazingly harder than uworld. Most of these people who said exam is harder than uworld had more than 80 perc. cumulative. So ı dont know when you wrote the exam but thats the case.

well, i took it in december,.. hmm maybe they changed it in 6 months time.. but it all depends on the exam takers... like some people go with the expectation that they should know every question because they had high in uw cumulative, and when they see something out of the blue they freak out and say exam was very hard... there will be lots of experimental questions...
my exam was like nbme 7... same difficulty level...

well ı dont know but ı heard people had so many weird questions in their exam. There is not any single person ı know who wrote the exam after may had a fair exam experince. All talked about how hard and weird the exam questions are . Most of them especially state that gross anatomy is heavily tested compared to neuroanatomy and there were lots of research based genetic and molecular bıology questions. Well ı cant know before i write the exam but what i know is exam is getting weirder.
