DNA What is Philadelphia Chromosome

CML involves reciprocal translocation of long arms of chromosomes 9 and 22
termed Philadelphia chromosome...
it is also found in AML
My question is that what exactly is Philadelphia chromosome(s)?
9 and 22 after translocation are called Philadelphia chromosomes or what?
