Hey S rag,
i want to be more optimistic for you so you can give the exam by this month, but you also have to realize you are probably not going to be breaking through the 220-240 barrier....your NBME score +/- 10 is the general consensus so expect that to be your score.
Personally i got very low scores in my nbme's as well (close to the pass mark) and i managed to do slightly better (comparatively)

Confidence is a big thing especially in the last few weeks,so if you decide to give the exam just go hard and give it your best.
Give another NBME,the 15 or the newer one cause they are most likely to be representative of the exam.
Good luck.

I agree that with some dedication you can achieve the average score, but truth is that if you don't feel comfortable and given your actual scores you better change your eligibility period if you want to do good. This exam mostly is about consistency and that means studying, reading and taking qbanks frequently. What material have you used to study? intermittent FA and UW alone are not enough IMO. Kaplan lectures/videos and taking a lot of qbanks. If you can dedicate 100% this month to improve your score, go for it but if you don't feel good don't take it! and rebuild your schedule. Anyway, nothing is impossible.

Good luck with the decision you make
