BRS for all subjects?

From what I understand, BRS is only good for physiology, but my study partner wants to do Kaplan + BRS for all subjects for the first read. He wants to use both books for the first read and then Kaplan alone from the 2nd read. Should I just work with him on this plan or is it better to change partner? P.S.: we have plenty of time to prepare like we have more than a year coz we're still 2nd year med students.

Why not just use BRS for now? When you're reviewing later on when exam is coming closer, than you can just go through KLN.

That sounds good but it would be really hard to coordinate between BRS and Kaplan Lecture videos

What's the point of doing KLN while you're still in 2nd year? You're going to be learning the relevant subjects live anyways, so use BRS with that. When you are nearing the exam, then coordinate KLN w/ videos.
