I would recommend you use whatever text you used during medical school for physiology. Starting with a new book can take forever to finish.

Constanzo is a great book and you can certainly use it if you have a lot of time on your hands; otherwise, just stick to BRS + Kaplan with another physio book for refernce.

I remember reading Guyton's in school and that was great (including the Guyton pocket guide.)

Regarding other books, it really depends on you. If you feel that you're not really getting Kaplan (which is mean to teach from scratch really), then you have to supplement books accordingly. For eg., I didn't like Anatomy and Neuroanatomy from Kaplan, so I used HY for both these subjects.

For B.Sciences, I used Kaplan + BRS + Conrad Fischer's cases.

The only exception to the Kaplan books is Pathology (which is really poorly written) and for that most go with either Pathoma or Goljan (if you have more time).

For the rest of the subjects, the general consensus is to use Kaplan + FA + UWorld.

Good luck
