Heart The effect of heart rate on systolic and diastolic pressures?

Why does a decrease in heart rate cause an increase in systolic and a decrease in diastolic blood pressure?

A decreased HR will mean decrease O2 perfusion, so by increasing systolic pressure (Vasodilate), you will increase perfusion, you will also make it easier for the heart to complete this perfusion compensation by decreasing the peripheral resistance (diastolic).
