Stats Cross-Sectional study Question

In a cross-sectional representative study of adolescents in a small town in upstate New York, 35% of adolescents are found to have a BMI ≥ 30. This means:

a) The incidence of adolescent obesity in this town is 35%
b) The rate of adolescent obesity in this town is 35 per 100 person years of
observation
c) The prevalence of adolescent obesity in this town is 35%
d) The odds of adolescent obesity in this town is 0.35
