prevalence of pyloric stenosis in males is 1/20 and in females is 1/1000

so female is less commonly affected sex

so answer is

Heart Disease Risk Factor Question
I´m sorry, you´re right...now I got it:

Gender of the affected individual (less commonly affected gender has greater recurrence risk)
Pyloric stenosis is more common in males, therefore:
An affected male has a recurrence risk for siblings of ~2-3%
Affected female has a recurrence risk for siblings ~4-10%
