Default Exam day : Break Time management

I have my exam shortly..I need suggestions regarding
1. How to split the breaks ...I want to take break after every block but i m worried if thats a wise idea incase if I face timecrunch near the tail end of the exam due to fatigue

2.what kind of foodstuff is generally ideal to have during the break time.....I know this might sound silly but i am already feeling nervous about the exam day and want to plan things accordingly....

thanks in advance

Believe me, I understand. My exam is coming up in 2 weeks and I'm starting to freak out.

When I took CK, best thing I found was to eat a big breakfast/lunch, and then not take breaks for the first two blocks. And then take a break after every block from then on. During the break, I would run out, eat a granola/protein bar, or piece of sandwich and drink a ton of juice/water (the room was pretty dry), or I'd just pray. Just leaving the room and not having to think for a few minutes helps a lot.

The most important thing is not to waste your break studying. It's better to be refreshed to attack the 40 questions, instead of being able to answer one random thing you studied during the break.
