Arrow GLUT receptors in intestine

This is regarding monosaccharides absorption in intestine.

Luminal side: Glucose and galactose absorbed via secondary active transport by sodium-glucose,galactose symporter.
Fructose by facilitated diffusion via GLUT 5.

Basal side: Glucose, galactose, fructose are absorbed by facilitated diffusion via GLUT 2

In intestine, liver, kidney, beta cells of pancreas glucose transport is bidirectional via GLUT 2 i.e they use glucose for their own purpose and also release it into circulation.
