To be more specific: should i need to start from Zero-Kaplan books, videos, goljan etc...or should i focus more on FA and UW?

If u are in hurry to take the exam, then at least redo the big subjects that u were not good at (physiology and biochemistry to be specific). If u are not in a hurry then redo everything below the borderline.
For the big subjects, do everything (but FA+UW are enough for micro). That means ur review books and FA+UW. For the minor subjects only FA+UW. This totally depends on how much time do u have left. But I repeat my emphasis on physiology and biochem.
U seem to be doing pretty good in at least half of the areas, it would be a shame if u didn't try to improve ur weaker ones. I'm sure if u did, you'll get a pretty good score. Good luck.
