step1 in 5 days...scored low in nbme ...dont want to give exam ....do i have to cancel my date with prometric or just if i dnt go will dat be ok..... n if i do this will it be consider as first attempt (((((((

As long as you don't go to the Prometric center and start the test it will NOT count as an attempt.
So, cancel/postpone if your NBMEs scores are low.

Live to fight another day.

If you decide not to appear for the test it's better to cancel than "no show" but in either case it will not count as an attempt.
