Help Review Notes, Lecture Notes, Video Lectures

What is more important review books or lecture notes for step1?
What's the difference between lecture notes and video lecture for step 1?
I am planning to take the exam in Sept Oct Nov.

Review notes, usually means students writing their own notes when they read books. You can find many of them here

@ steptaker,,, thnks alot for this info. but my question is ;; if i go for kaplan lecture+ kaplan home study rewiew notes+ question bank... dat would be fine to gain good scores ,, well i have less time for studies now
