Urine Sample Polyuria unresponsive to water deprivation test

A female patients has polyuria, not responsing to water deprivation test. ADH is elevated. Which of the following is the site of the problem:
1, adenohypophysis
2, D1
3, Pituitary function
4, V2
5, V1
