Default What is needed to get a 200 in 4 weeks?

Hi so I have been studying since May, but I feel like I know nothing. Took an NBME last week, got a 173 and felt CRUSHED. But after talking to a program director this week, he said I have a VERY good shot at getting in his program this matching period (they do pre-match) if I at least PASS Step 1 on first try and get >200 on CK. I'm rushing to match this year because 1) I have no money 2) Hardly any financial support from my family (my mother passed away a few years ago and I supported myself with the insurance money through medical school). 3) They say it's better if you try to match closer to graduation. 4) I have all my letters from this year and it'll be a pain to try to get more letters for the next matching period.

I am a US IMG who graduated this year with 6 months USCE.

My exam is in 4 weeks, and I'm aiming to just get above a 200 if I can, since I need to take Step 2 CK this year also for the match and can't push back my date any more.

What can I do these next few weeks to ensure that I pass?

What I have done:
DIT 1x
FA 2014 x1
USMLE WORLD 95% completed.
PATHOMA currently on 2nd pass.

Sprinkling of picmonic, BRS physio, memorangapp, HY Neuroanatomy.

Thankful for any tips or info!!
