Bones Carpal Bones menmonic in Hindi/Urdu

for those who understand Hindi and Urdu......

carpal bones in the order from medial to lateral side----


Sneh Lata Teenda Pakao, Tumhara Teenda Cacha Hai

Scaphoid, Lunate, Triquetrum, Pisiform, Trapezium, Trapezoid, Capitate, Hamate

Lol i remember in first year my anatomy teacher he told us about that mnemonic except he said,

"Sophia Loren Teenday Pakao, Tumharay Teenday Cachay Hain"

Dont know where i got this one from.. but here it is, LATERAL TO MEDIAL:

Some Lovers Try Positions -- Scaphoid, Lunate, Triquetrum, Pisiform
That They Cant Handle------ Trapeqium, Trapezoid, Capitate Hamate ( dont confuse the T's : the two bones that start with "trap" bones together)

Ha ha... In bengali we learnt : medial to lateral 'shuchitar lal thoth prem e tosh tosh kore hay'...
