Default Type 2 Polyglandular syndrome Mnemonic

This is more of a little story I made to help anyone remember the features of Type 2 Polyglandular Syndrome:

Two guys came from TWO countries (Type TWO), From Japan came Hashimoto and from Canada came Addison. They both met in a middle land to speak about their Diabetes. Hashimoto bragged about how in Japan he DRives 4 cars, while Hashimoto DRives 3 cars.

Type 2: Hashimoto, Addison, Diabetes. HLA DR3 & DR4
