I've just got an epiphany.

"GPR CAN Look Like Blue Capsules"
Gardnerella
Propionibacterium acnes
Rhodococcus (causes pneumonia to immunocompromised hosts)
Clostridium
Actinomyces
Nocardia
Listeria
Lactobacillus
Bacillus
Corynebacterium
