Star Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome Mnemonic

Wiskott- Aldrich Syndrome = W-A-S Triad

W- Weeping skin lesions- eczema
A- Absent platelets- thrombocytopenia - leading to petichiae
S- Severe immunodeficiency...... (low IgM and high IgA & IgE levels)

Here's another one:

Mr Wiskott-Aldrich wears a TIE but [no M]atching shirt.

TIE: Thrombocytopenia, Infections, Eczema.
[no M]: low IgM.

Update

Wiskott- Aldrich Syndrome = W-A-S Triad

S- Severe immunodeficiency...... (low IgM and high IgA & IgE levels)

X- Linked recessive disorder, caused by a defect in the cytoskeleton gene that encodes for a protein called WASP.
