Mnemonic to remember clinical features of Sjögren's syndrome

MR NK cell is suffering from XEROSTOMIA

M...Mikulicz syndrome
R...Rheumatoid arthritis[association]
N...NON hodgkin lymphoma[inc risk]
K...Keratoconjunctivitis sicca
and XEROSTOMIA

[Remember in sjogren no saliva and no tears]
