Psyche A Story to remember Cluster A, B, and C Personalities

This one might be slightly far fetched, but it is what I use to memorise genetic associations that can be made with Cluster A B &C

A man comes into the ER and yells, 'My wife's going to have her baby in the cab!' I grabbed my stuff, rushed out to the cab, lifted the lady's dress, and began to her underwear. Suddenly I noticed that there were several cabs ---and I was in the wrong one.
(Adopted from: http://www.dailystrength.org/people/...journal/979921)

Describe what this doctor could have gone through following his epiphany?
Anxiety (cluster C)
feelings of illusion delusion, hallucination, flat affect (Cluster A)
Mood Change (Cluster B)

Together, these form the word "CAB" Notice also that there are three occurences of the word in the story. The words Anxiety, Schizophrenia, and Mood abbreviated are part of the word embar(assm)ent.
