DNA Defective DNA Repair Diseases


Autosomal recessive:

F - Fanconi anemia
A - Ataxia telangiectasia
B - Bloom syndrome
X - Xeroderma pigmentosum

Autosomal dominant:

C- hereditary non-polyposis Colorectal Cancer

Any other diseases?? can post them..

I'd like to add Cockayne Syndrome and Werner Syndrome. But I think your mnemonic is enough as these two syndromes are not high yield for the USMLE.
