Embarrassed SP needed. doesn't matter from where

FMG from Bangladesh. I know it's kinda tough to get a SP in my city or country. So i just need someone who is serious enough for step 1. I have started last month, but it's hard to continue without SP. So if anybody interested in studying, we can make it work in Skype. I'm prepping to sit in March-April.

Default problem solving

Hi,i m facing problem with low androgen and 11 deoxy at primary hypercortisolism...as it is also a cushing syndrome.in 2ndary cushhing increase ACTH will produce all product of zona GFR.....BUT.in primary hypercortisolism will decrease ACTH...so andrgen and ii deoxy low as in kaplan book.but in lecture said they can increase...coz z.fasiculata,secreting overand they also secrete some androgen,so over ZF PRODUCTION MEAN OVER ANDROGEN..an high bp due to mineralcorticoid action of high glucocoticoid........so at priimary androgen rise or decr3ase?can anyone help?
