Hi,

I know that it has been a year since this post but have you already taken the exam? I am thinking of applying.

Maria

Hi,

I'm thinking of taking the exam. Although, it's still too early for me (4th year student), I wanted to know where I could get information (how to apply, where do we take the exam, how to study for it... basically everything...).

Anyone has taken it already or will in a near future that could give me his/her contact information?

Thank you,
Rita

Default Portugal on fire :p

Hi everyone (@anarita @mariap and @johnandrew),

I know it has been quite a while since your post, and your replies but I am also a medical student from Portugal (Coimbra) considering doing the medical residency in the us.

I would like to get in contact with you, in order to share some experience. If you are interested, please send me a private message so we can share our contacts.

Kind regards,
Joćo Nuno

Olį Joćo.
How are you?
My name is Ana Rita and I study in FMUP.
I am just about to start my 6th year. Although I have yet to decide if I am going to take the USMLEs. I think I might come to a final decision around March next year
What about you? What are you up to?

Olį Ana Rita,

That's great! I am starting my 4th year at Coimbra's University and although I am still considering the idea of doing the medical residency in the US, I want to make my mind and a plan by January, which is (more or less) around the time you have in mind

Should you want to talk this further, so we can exchange our experience and point of view, please find me on Facebook (Joćo Nuno Soares).
