Star ECG interpretation help!

LBBB/RBBB v.s. bundle branch escape rhythm presents similarly in QRS morphology changes..true or false? I'm trying to figure out a way to distinguish between the two in terms of presentation on ECG. If anyone can help, would appreciate it!! Thanks

both block can present with an "M" like QRS complex which might be present in any one of the leads

RBBB presents with a spiked M with the smaller spike coming before
/\
/ \
/\/ \
____/ \_____

LBBB presents with a rounded M ... more like m ... with the later portion being smaller than the one behind it. Keep in mind that the size difference is very small and not as significant as in RBBB

apologies ... i thought i could explain it by drawing it on notepad... here's a picture of what you might see ... keep in mind it doesn't have to be in all ... its presence in anyone should alert you of RBBB or LBBB
