Lungs Non Resectability of Bronchogenic Carcinoma

What conditions or symptoms that when present indicate that the bronchogenic cancer is non respectable?

Here's the list:
  • Weight loss > 10 %
  • Extrathoracic manifestations
  • Superior vena cava syndrome
  • Hoarsness of voice
  • Mediastinal adenopathy in the contralateral side
  • Tidal volume less than 800 ml
  • Distant metastasis within 3 months of the diagnosis
  • Involvement of trachea, esophagus, pericardium, or chest wall.
