Default Emergency intrauterine contraceptive device

Did First Aid Step 2 CK, 9th ed make a mistake or the info is an updated one? Am confused.

Textbook like Ten Teachers, 100 Cases In Obs & Gynae and source like Wikipedia mentioned that Copper T IUD can be inserted up to 5 days after a single episode of unprotected intercourse. However, First Aid Step 2 CK mentions that Copper IUD T can be used within 7 days of unprotected sex.

Can anyone assist to clarify this?

Copper IUD works for 120 hours which is 5 days according to U world Step 3. Secondly no body do First Aid for Step 2 ck, and even if you doing it for Step 3 do not do it,U world Step 3 and MTB 3 is the most basic thing which should be on your tips first.

Good Luck,
Sara
