Star TRIADs in CK

In this thread i am aiming to summarize most of the topics in CK material in TRIADS.............either well known described before ..e.g BECK, VIRCHOW'S.... or i read it or i notice it could be useful gathering...
Although i ll try 2 fix to collect in triads ............some may include more than 3 ccc if involving imp points that should be mentioned in the disease.....
I ll classify the topics systematically....
Any one feel free to add to the topic... I LL continue 2 edit the original 1st post by the adds..... if this is a possible feature
