T Wave Inversion

Yes, we all know that T wave inversion is seen in Myocardial Infarction but the boards won't make it so simple for you. They may bring cases with T wave inversion as a buzzword but the diagnosis is not MI.

Here's the list of differentials:

  1. Myocardial Infarction
  2. Myocarditis
  3. Digoxin toxicity
  4. Pericarditis
  5. Myocardial contusion
