Smile Cork Screw Appearance

What diseases do you think of when you see "cork screw" appearance in an image or question stem?

Answer is the following diseases:

1. Volvulus
2. Buerger's Disease (thromboangiitis obliterans)
3. Diffuse esophageal spasm

Can you add anything else?
