Arrow Battle's Sign

Battle's sign is simply the bruising over the mastoid region in case of trauma representing basilar skull fracture.
If you come across a case of trauma with otorrhea and find battle's sign then your prime suspect would be basilar skull fracture esp basilar however you may add temporal bone fracture to the differentials as well.
