Heart Claudication + Impotance + Leg atrophy

The combination of intermittant leg or buttocks or thigh claudication together with penile impotence and lower limbs atrophy should certainly raise the possibility of Leriche syndrome also called Aortoiliac Occlusive Disease.
This condition is commonly asked about in CK questions as it effectively correlates the anatomy with the pathophysiology of atherosclerosis.
