Stethoscope Rheumatoid Arthritis + Splenomegaly + Neutropenia

The combination of rheumatoid arthritis with enlarged spleen and a low neutrophil count below 1000 is the definition of a rare syndrome called Felty Syndrome. Though it's rare but it is frequently seen in USMLE questions.

Another RA combination is RA + pneumoconiosis = Caplan Syndrome
