Thyroid Graves Treatment

If asked about a case of graves (tremor+decreased weight+ophthalmopathy+laboratory hyperthyroidism), and asks for next step, and gives options of (Atenolol) and (prednisolone)

what is the next step?

could we use Atenolol although it has ISA activity?? or is it contraindicated?

and is prednisolone the next step because of the ophthalmopathy?

the primary Rx for graves is radioactive I ablation which has SE it excerbate opthalmopathy so to prevent this SE we add high dose corticosteroid (b4 and after )radioactive I ablation

and propranolol use in thyroid storm and for adrenergic symptoms while waiting the resolution of hperthyroidism
