Question Diarrhea in AIDS

Would MAC and Cryptosporodium be on the differential list of diarrhea in aids patient when CD4> 200 ?

yes they cause diarrhea in hiv but their cd4 r
according to kaplan notes
CD4 <100 =cryptospordiosis
CD4<50 MAC -CMV

thanks. is crypto the most common cause of diarrhea in aids EVEN if CD4 was above 100?
