ObGyn On PAP smear found atypia but nothing on colposcopy

What is the next step if we found atypia beyond ASCUS (LSIL, HGSIL etc) and upon doing colpo we found nothing? whats the best next step? Enodcervical curettage or conization (cold knife cone)?

why repeat pap? if u have atypia its worrisome, and should be investigated. but how if colpo shows crispy clean cervix? it could be from endocervix, do we do ECC or cone? thats the question

According to Kaplan LNs.
All non-pregnant patients undergoing colposcopy for abnormal smear will get an ECC to rule out endocervical lesions.
So this patient would get ECC as a standard procedure with colposcopy, and if it is negative then the next step would be cone biopsy
