Default i canīt stop thinking about my CK mistakes

Hi guys, itīs me again, i have been very active on this forum lately, mainly because i am desperate, looking for some comfort. I did ck last Monday and i keep remembering questions that were easy but i screwed up. I know you canīt help me , whatīs done itīs done. but i have a bad feeling about this. The exam was a bit like uworld only the questions were a bit longer added to the anxiety , which made it harder. I think i blew my chance. i have been searching on the internet for a story similar to mine or for a sign to tell me i did good and everything will be ok, but i know itīs just me trying to deal with my fear and anxiety.

Guys I went through the same exact thing after my exam. I started thinking of easy questions I messed up immediately. Actually I sat my in my car after the exam and started googling random q's I remembered. This was a terrible idea because I got all of them wrong lol and felt terrible by the time I got home.

The following 3 weeks were absolute hell for me. Actually, mostly the first two weeks after my exam. I kept thinking of questions and "omg how did I not pick that" or "why would I change my answer" etc etc. So that feeling of doom that you have now, I went through the same exact thing. My last week before getting my score though I got strangely calm until the day before scores were released.

Anyway, nothing I can really say will truly calm your nerves until your score is released. It really sucks, but if it is comforting at all please know that I thought I failed my exam as well and actually I ended up scoring exactly the last score I got on the last NBME before my exam. So whatever you got on your NBME's, expect something relatively close.

Just try to get out of the house and hit the gym and meet up with friends (who may have forgotten you exist). Try your best to take your mind off of it. I'm giving this advice but when I was going through it nothing really helped me stop thinking about the exam. But hopefully everyone feeling like this will have a big smile on their face the day scores are released.

I gave my step 1 and can't stop hating myself for silly mistakes that I could have avoided, a lot of palpitations, anxiety, but guess its normal. Just don't know how to go through this for 3-4 weeks. Hopefully we all will have a big smile after this.

I was ok first two days. Now all of a sudden I am having panic attacks as to whether I actually read the questions properly. I am really kicking myself because I might not have read the questions carefully.
You are not alone
