Q1: isn't it that a lot of children in the US are not vaccinated because of their parents' religious or cultural objections? isn't it that you have to go with the parents' wishes unless to save the child's life or a limb?
Q3 and 4: so is 15 years? that the children decide for themselves I mean. I thought it was 18 unless emancipated.
9, 10, 14 give me doubt, can someone explain further?
Q20: didn't the physician also had a responsibility to alert the potential victim? I mean in addition to alerting authorities.

Q1 : i remember 1 of the UW questions same as this one , but the answer was going for the mother wish of not giving the immunization for the child
